Accredited training

ITIL® v3 (2011 Edition)

We offer accredited ITIL® training from Foundation level through to ITIL Expert.

'ITIL in a Day' is the world’s only classroom-based, 1-day ITIL Foundation course that includes sitting the exam and is based on optimised and modern learning methods.

This is ideal for busy managers, people with more experience, consultants and those looking to upgrade from ITIL Foundation v1,  v2 or early v3.

We also offer 2 or 3-day, classroom-based ITIL Foundation training for less experienced delegates.

ITIL intermediate courses:

Skills Framework for the Information Age: SFIA

We can provide approved SFIA training, in the form of a 1-day SFIA awareness course for up to 12 delegates to introduce the background and purpose of SFIA, discuss the benefits to their organisation and get hands-on experience of using SFIA. The course includes practice in mapping a job role to the SFIA levels and skill codes, conducting a SFIA job evaluation exercise and more.

PoleStar IT Service Management Simulation

Our IT service management business simulation is a hands-on and effective way of bringing teams together to accelerate the understanding of the need for IT service management best practices in your organisation.

Delivered over several rounds and based on real-life business and IT scenarios, our simulation brings to life the challenges around processes and behaviours that you and your team face on a daily basis. Your team members will learn about key ITIL/IT service management concepts throughout the day and the importance of IT and business alignment in a fun and interactive way.

This is an ideal accompaniment to formal ITIL training.

Service Owner and Process Owner mentoring
